Monday as part of Vimukti Project, an anti-drug campaign of Kerala Government from October-2nd to November-1st, a group of eight NSS volunteers of Nangiarkulangara TKMM College conducted a quiz competition and awareness class at Government HSS Karunagappally. We also made Placards to create awareness.Throughout the competitions the school authorities and students extended good cooperation. Out of thirty brilliant children Fahadshah (9 E) came winner, the first runner-up was Kumari Asna (9 E). Children were divided into three groups to prepare placards and the best group was selected. Winners were given prizes. We pledged against drug.
We express our sincere thanks to the Headmaster, teachers and students of Karunagapalli school. for giving us the permission to conduct the competitions. We are also thankful to our programme officer Preetha M V and Dr. PP Sharmila, our principal and our co volunteers of
Nangiarkulangara TKMM College . Without their support we we could not have been able to organize this event.
