Onnichonam (ഒന്നിച്ചോണം)
College College NSS Volunteers celebrated Onam at Haripad BRC.25 needy families with autistic children were provided with, grocery and vegetable kits needed to prepare Onam dishes.
The volunteers conducted payasam fair, which they prepared themselves in the campus. The money collected from its sale was added fund for buying Onam kit.
The function was inaugurated by district Panchayat president KG Rajeswari.
Snehagagha,- the palliative initiatives of our NSS unit for this year was inaugurated by advocate TS Taha, district welfare and development standing committee chairman.
Distribution of Onam kit was inaugurated by by College Principal Dr PP Sharmila. College iqac convener drunas Prasad form of principal and charge Dr Vinod Haridas college union chairman charges capriyesh am Mohammad Shafiq felicitated the event. Programme officer M V Preetha welcomed the gathering. volunteer Rajeshwari rajalakshmi delivered vote of thanks.
Staff and students enormously supported the event. The payasam making and its sale sale helped much to improve the managerial capacity and the entrepreneurship of the volunteers.
