e-DARSHAN Webinar Series 2020: Lecture 6: International webinar on Raman Spectroscopy

IQAC in association with Department of Physics Organized an international Webinar on Raman Spectroscopy. There were two talks in this sixth webinar lecture in a row under the title e-DARSHAN Webinar Series 2020. The first talk was delivered by Dr. Vikas Kumar, Junior Professor, University of Duisburg-Essen, Essen, Germany on the topic Raman effects and it's modern applications.

The Second talk was delivered by Dr. Unnikrishnan Nayar, Former Head, Department of Optoelectronics, University of Kerala on the topic entitled, Evolution of Raman spectroscopy.

Dr. Sharmila P.P., Principal chaired and inaugurated the sessions. Dr. Chalana, the Webinar coordinator introduced the speakers. Smt. Parvathy Ramachandran, Assistant Professor, Department of English moderated the sessions and Dr. Arun S. Prasad, IQAC Coordinator and Head Department of Physics conveyed vote of thanks!

Department of Physics dedicated this International webinar as an honour to the transferring Principal, Dr.P.P. Sharmila, who have been serving as a faculty member in the department of Physics for more than 23 years.
