ക്വിറ്റ് ഇന്ത്യ ദിനാചരണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി "പുരോഗമന ചിന്തകളേയും ആശയങ്ങളേയും മാറ്റത്തിനായി സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യാം, പ്രതിലോമപരമായതിനെ ഒക്കെ ക്വിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാം! " എന്ന ആശയത്തോടെ നങ്ങ്യാർകുളങ്ങര നാഷണൽ സർവീസ് സ്കീം വോളണ്ടിയേഴ്സ് "ക്വിറ്റ് " ഓൺലൈൻ ക്യാമ്പയിൻ തുടങ്ങി. സമൂഹത്തിൽ നിലവിലിരിക്കുന്ന അഴിമതികൾ, അനാചാരങ്ങൾ, മറ്റു അന്ധവിശ്വാസങ്ങളുടെ മാറ്റത്തിനും, ജനാധിപത്യ ആശയങ്ങൾ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമായാണ് ക്യാമ്പയിൻ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. സമൂഹത്തിലെ വിവിധ തുറകളിലുള്ളവർ സ്ത്രീധനം, ലിംഗ വിവേജനം തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ പ്രതികരിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ക്യാമ്പയിൻ മുന്നേറുന്നു. അധ്യാപകരും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും ക്യാമ്പയിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി.
"Quit" - online campaign.
As part of the Quit India Day celebrations, Nangiarkulangara National Service Scheme Volunteers launched the "Quit" online campaign with the theme "Welcome Progressive Thoughts and Ideas for Change, and Quit Reversible Things!" The campaign aims to change the prevailing corruption, immorality and other superstitions in the society and to spread democratic ideas. The campaign is being carried out by people from different walks of life in response to various issues such as dowry and gender segregation. Teachers and students were part of the campaign.
Under the banner of "Azadi's Amrita Mahotsav", as part of the country's 75th Independence Day celebrations, students constructed a rain gutter and carried out a project to spread the message of rainwater conservation to neighboring houses.
