An awareness class on Digital media and Information Literacy was held on the 18th of March 2022 at TKMM College, Nangiarykulangara, Haripad. The program was conducted as a part of the Government of Kerala initiative in collaboration with the Department of the Collegiate of Education to spread awareness among the college and school students. The programme started with a silent prayer followed by a welcome speech by Dr. Arun S. Prasad (IQAC Convenor, Head, PG Department of Physics). Our honorable Principal Dr. PP Sharmila delivered the presidential address and inaugurated the programme. The session progressed with the awareness talk by Sangeetha Hariharan, Master Trainer, Digital Media and Information Literacy Campaign and Media Club Convenor enlightening the students on the pros and cons in the usage of social media. The session concluded with the vote of thanks by Kashi Kripa, II BA English student.
