On human rights day 48 NSS volunteers along with programme officer Preetha MV visited Kottayam District Jail. The event was inaugurated by the Jail welfare officer Shyamala Kumari. Volunteers performed different art forms for the people there.
The unit donated 50 books for the jail library and also handed over the dress materials collected for m. Jail superintent Mr. VR Sarath presented memento to the team.The event was really a different experience for the volunteers.
